Results Coaching Systems - European Training Team
All our trainers are senior and successful coaches and have completed either our own trainer development programme or were already experienced trainers. We have an ongoing professional development programme on which all trainers receive specific training and meet regularly to exchange best practice and learn from each other.
We use the description 'trainer' but, in reality, a more accurate description is 'learning facilitator' or 'learning coach'. This is because our approach is to explain, demonstrate and then provide practical feedback as participants use a particular coaching skill or methodology.

- A coaching role model
- Team players as well as team leaders
- People with high professional integrity.
For only by being in alignment with coaching values can we, as trainers, help participants 'be' as well as 'do' coaching.
