Richard Bentley, Director RCS Europe
Trainer, facilitator, coach
During his nine years as a coach, Richard has also developed a strong track record as a highly effective trainer in coaching and leadership skills working both with independent professionals and managers/leaders within organisations. He has also served in leadership roles within the International Coach Federation (ICF), as Co-President of the UK ICF and on the ICF’s global board of directors.
Richard initially trained as a coach with the Coaches Training Institute and, subsequently, completed training in brain-based coaching with David Rock, the founder of Results Coaching Systems. This led four years ago to Richard becoming a director of Results Coaching Systems Europe, which has trained over 600 individuals on its public courses and around 400 on programmes within the workplace. He has also delivered coaching skills courses and workshops in the
Richard is currently completing the first-ever Postgraduate Certificate in the Neuroscience of Leadership.
Prior to taking up coaching, Richard worked in educational public relations with The Open University, as a communications consultant, journalist and marital therapist and founded his own corporate communications consultancy which he ran for 15 years. During this period he also held a variety of leadership positions in not-for-profit organisations.
A Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation Richard also sustains a portfolio of executive/leadership coaching clients, mainly leaders or managers within organisations, and takes on team coaching/facilitation assignments at regular intervals. He has worked with clients in the public sector, professional services, banking, health services and retail.
Christopher Samsa, Director RCS Europe

Chris has worked internationally as a coach, trainer and facilitator for ten years. He is an accredited facilitator for the Nine Conversations in Leadership and Purposeful Teams programmes and has trained over 700 individuals in coaching skills both on public programmes and in the workplace using the Results Coaching Systems methodology.
As a positive psychologist, Chris combines a solution focused, positive approach with the RCS brain based methodology when working with clients, helping them to identify and define in inspirational terms what they want to achieve and help them focus on the best way to get there. Using the latest findings from neuroscience, he helps clients think smarter and achieve sustainable results in record time. He brings energy and enthusiasm to everything he does and as a highly intuitive facilitator and coach is able to work at a deep level with clients helping them to experience richness from the coaching process which is inevitably inspiring for them.
Chris is a Professional Certified Coach with the International Coach Federation (ICF) and he has served on the board of Directors of the UK ICF.
With over 1000 hours of coaching professionals and individuals looking to excel Chris has coached at CEO and senior management level for blue chip organisations in the UK and internationally, including clients in UK, France, Hungary, Ukraine, Dubai, India and Australia. The sectors include FMCG, Technology, IT, Media and Communications, and Advertising and Marketing. Chris works in both the private and public sectors and clients include; VISA, NHS Direct, Publicis, Dunhill and Ericsson.
Before his current career Chris worked in the Advertising and Communications sector holding leadership roles with Chime Communications, Lowe Group, Grey and DMB&B. Chris also worked as a consultant for The Idea Factory, specialising in the areas of experience design, creativity and innovation, producing customised solutions for clients, creating challenging and creative approaches leading to innovative answers.

Jane’s career has been spent in human resources, training and management development, primarily within the financial services sector. Jane worked for the Lloyds Bowmaker Finance Group for ten years in a variety of generalist and specialist roles. Her last position was as Management Development and Training Manager for the Group, before moving into training and development consultancy in 1990.
She has extensive experience of working with a wide range of financial organisations, professional firms and partnerships. Much of her more recent work has empowered organisations to enable people to release their potential and to demonstrate the appropriate values and behaviours. This has included the design and implementation of Competency and Values frameworks, Performance Management systems, 360 Degree Feedback, Upward Appraisal and Attitude Surveys. She is also regularly involved in designing and delivering skills-based workshops, including recruitment and selection, competency-based and advanced interviewing skills, coaching and managing performance.
Jane is a Bachelor of Commerce and a Chartered Fellow of the Chartered Institute of Personnel and Development. She has a Diploma in Business Performance Coaching and is a Certified Senior Coach, Trainer, Assessor and
Jane has been a Lay Member of the Employment Tribunals (London South) for 12 years. She is a trained user of a wide range of psychometric tests, is a Certified Practitioner of Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP) and a Consultant and Trainer for the Language and Behaviour Profile.

She has designed and delivered programmes for many leading businesses in the professional services sector, extensively in financial services and media organisations. During the last two years, Sara has broadened her skills to include personal and performance coaching.
She is a member of the CIPD and holds an IPM qualification in Management Development. She is a certified NLP Practitioner and is licensed to use the MBTI, LIFO and SDI psychometric instruments.

Jessica has been an executive coach for over five years. Previously, she worked as a business analyst and external consultant for companies such as Accenture, Macmillan Publishing and Deutsche Bank, giving her a firm grounding in the corporate world and an understanding of the complex challenges faced by senior executives.
In addition to her experience gained from twenty years working in a broad range of organisational environments, Jessica’s degrees in physiotherapy and ergonomics incorporated a strong focus on psychology that deepened her understanding of human behaviour and motivations. She has tailored and built upon this knowledge in her role as executive coach and facilitator.
Jessica is a certified coach with Results Coaching Systems and is accredited by the International Coach Federation. Licensed to use both the MBTI and SDI instruments, Jessica employs psychometric tools and 360 degree feedback where appropriate. She skilfully tailors her pragmatic, highly focused style of coaching to match the personal requirements of her clients. The courses she facilitates are specifically designed to accelerate performance and improve motivation and innovation.

Simon Crowe

Simon’s practice is built on deep foundations with over 20 years’ experiential learning, extensive theoretical study and hands-on experience in a richly diverse range of learning and development contexts.
