Our ICF accredited Workplace Coach Certification Programme is designed enables you to build a team of in-house coaches using a similar methodology to bring consistency and high impact to a coaching programme, as well as significant cost savings over employing external coaches. 

Equipping managers with coaching skills 

We have a range of short courses, such as (Quiet Leadership and Performance Leadership)  that  enable managers to acquire and apply core coaching skills.

In addition, we have short workshops that apply our coaching methodology to specific managemnent challenges such as Empowering Converstations, Mastering Feedback, Effective Meetings and Effective Negotiations.
