Coaching Project Structure:
The interventions included the provision of executive coaching to senior managers and facilitation of team building and strategic workshops.
Coaching Project Structure:
From our experience we gained a number of benefits from using Results. These included:
- A clear understanding and appreciation of what the teams were setting out to achieve;
- Advice and guidance on how to structure the event to gain the most from it in the time available;
- Creation of a relaxed and informal environment in which to work, as well as a focused and well structured event;
- Experience in dealing with difficult situations which arose during the events and in drawing all the participants into the event so that everyone was involved;
- Testing out statements and opinions from the participants to both ensure clarity and develop new ideas;
- Reflecting ideas/proposals back to participants to either test their validity or develop the idea further;
- Proposing new ways of working or thinking to harness and develop the creativeness of the participants involved.
'The use of these services is highly recommended.’ Chris Felgate, Head of HR
