Coaching Training
Choosing the right course for you is an important consideration - that is why we have developed a unique coaching approach, accredited by the International Coach Federation (ICF). Our approach has been embraced by over 600 coaches and managers in Europe, and many thousands around the world. Coach Training - Flexibility
Our coach training programme is modular so you have complete flexibility over:
- How quickly you want to complete your coach training, and
- What type of coaching you want to focus on e.g life coaching
You can also earn as you learn and be confident that you are developing your coaching skills using a methodology that has been embraced by thousands of professional coaches around the world, as well as leading organisations such as EDS, Ericsson and the NHS.

We offer two routes through this programme:
'Fast track Coaching' training route – you complete selected courses
'Tailored Coaching' training route – you choose which courses you want to follow
We also have a policy of limiting each coaching course to 24 students for Stage One and to 16 students only for Stages 2 and 3, with a ratio of one trainer to every eight students. This maximises opportunities for practice coaching and feedback.
